First some notes:

• You can not use AOL as your browser to open web-based email system. If you have AOL you must first connect to AOL internet THEN open Internet Explorer (that's the program that looks like a blue E)
  
• Make sure you do not have a POP-UP blocker. Tshis will sometimes block the REPLY TO, NEW email, and other clicked functions. If you find you are having troubles replying look on the internet bar under TOOLS and click TURN POP-UP BLOCKER OFF.
